Hello! I'm Nihal
I was born and raised in Pakistan. During my formative years, I traveled and lived extensively across several cities within Pakistan, which developed a curious and go-getter attitude in me towards cultures and experiences different from mine. I have a penchant for the written word, the visual shot, and the intersection between the two.

During my bachelors in Mass Communication, I interned in media with the government, private and startup sector. Screenwriting, newswriting, campaign designing, video editing and researching for television are some skills I am trained in.

After graduating in 2016, I had the honour of chairing the Right to Information Committee at 8th Youth Parliament Pakistan, which exposed me to democratic process and practices. Owing to my newfound interest in policy, I attempted and qualified Competitive Exam 2017 to join the Civil Service of Pakistan.

I have an itch to explore. In the last six years, I have traveled independently across Asia, Africa, Europe and Scandinavia as a scout, delegate, presenter and student, respectively. Most recently, I have been teaching English language and literature to high school students in Rawalpindi.
